The three horses trotted one after the other along the path leading into the lushious forest near the beach. It has been ages since Kirsten has explored the trails near the GHF racetrack. It was a great idea to ride along with her other two jockeys and give their three year old horses a nice break from the hustle and bustle of the track. She had to admit that the last few months have been really stressful for both the people and the horses of Akita Rose Stables.

Aaron sat back enjoying the breeze that flowed through the path. It was a beautiful day for a jog through the wilderness. The bay beauty sniffed at everything in sight. She was such a curious horse that it annoyed Aaron more than anything. She needed to learn to keep her focus on the track and on winning. Nothing else.

Melanie flicked her ponytail over her shoulder. The bay colt beneath her gave an unexpected shudder. Melanie grinned and patted his neck. The poor colt has not been having the greatest career but she loved his spirit anyway. He tried hard and enjoyed to run. He was an easygoing horse that wasn't expected to become a champion racehorse but he was improving day by day and Melanie enjoyed training and riding the stud.

Kirsten looked back at the horses and riders behind her. Aaron had his hands fulll with keeping his filly concentrated and Melanie looked nice and relaxed upon the back of her Romeo. Kirsten smiled at them and faced the front once more. This was just what they needed.
